Your snowmobile rental will include everything else you need for a fun and safe day – a truck and trailer to transport your ride, helmets and goggles for each rider, and a full tank of gas.

DEPOSITS

  • $100 Reservation Deposit: Deposit is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to rental date.

ACCESSORIES

Helmets and goggles are included with your snowmobile rental.

INSURANCE

A truck and trailer are included in your snowmobile rental in Summit County. You must provide proof of insurance to drive an Adventure Times Rentals truck. If you rent two or more machines and can provide your own vehicle capable of towing the rented equipment, we will apply a $40 (per reservation) discount to your order.

Instructions for the Day of Your Snowmobile Rental

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
  • Each rider needs to complete a waiver form at our office. You can print and sign a waiver in advance and bring it with you on the day of rental or read and sign a form at our office.
  • A member of the Adventure Times Rentals team will review the terrain available in Summit County. We have four different levels of difficulty, from easy to hard.
  • We’ll have a truck and trailer loaded and ready with your rental equipment. The staff will show you how to operate the equipment and how to load and unload, strap and unstrap the equipment from the trailer.
  • From this point you will drive your rented truck, trailer and equipment to the trail of your choice. Most trails are only 15-30 minutes away from our office.
  • At the end of your ride, you will need to load the equipment back on the truck and bring it back to the office. Give yourself 30 minutes before your reservations is over to load and drive back to the office. Please be on time!
